IF it ever happens it will be exceptionally messed up and dysfunctional (and also have absolutely nothing to do with "love" at all). But generally, don't expect anything without extensive plotting.

Punching this character:
If you want to be punched back, go right ahead. Keep in mind though that he's fast and well trained in fighting hand-to-hand, so punches thrown will not necessarily = punches landed.

Is there anything you do not want mentioned near this character?
Please avoid mentioning things to do with the Alma story arc or things to do with Kanda's "creation" by the Order. If your character has a specific reason to know about this then please talk to me first before bringing it up in game.

Also, consider mentioning anything to do with the lotus flower(s) he sees to be generally off limits--they are illusions, so not something others (with a few possible exceptions) would be privy to.

Easiest way to get on his good side:
You can't. He doesn't have one. Don't try to make friends with him. Be practical, capable, and don't talk too much.

Easiest way to get on his bad side:
Be sentimental and idealistic. Talk about saving people. Call him by his first name. Get in his way. Waste his time. ...Hell, just about anything, really.

Can I hack his journal?
Depends. Please talk to me.

No.

Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/etc?
That's probably a no, but I'm open to discussion.

Maim/Murder/Death:
Maiming is fine. His regeneration ability means that he'll heal quickly. He's not going to die though.

Blood:
Is not a squick of mine, so go ahead. As a rule, he can take whatever anyone can dish out.
